Link G4X Plug-in ECUs share the same processor, firmware, software and standard G4X feature set found throughout the G4X range. Features include dual CAN Bus, Flex Fuel, Flexible Engine Protection Limiters, CAN Keypad Control, Open and Closed Loop Boost Control, Dual Closed Loop Lambda, VVT Control, a built-in Trigger Oscilloscope, compatibility with aftermarket displays, Direct Automatic Transmission Control and 512MB of onboard data logging. It also features a built-in MAP sensor.
Drawing from Link's championship-winning G4X platform, the E36X also supports advanced tuning and motorsport features including Nitrous Control, Launch Control, Anti-lag, Cruise Control, Traction Control, Race Timer and Power Management, Gear Shift Control and Paddle Shift Control.

Models Supported The E36X is compatible only with BMW E36 models equipped with the M50TUB25 engine and Bosch M3.3.1 ECU.
