Hazeldean Road, Addington, Christchurch however for safety reasons our store is
exclusively online. We offer comprehensive online support and shipping options
worldwide.

While we try to get back to our customers as soon as possible, as we have grown our online sales, we have experienced a large amount of growth with enquiry and sales. With being a small business most of our time is on the tools. We answer enquiry from oldest to newest, if you have not heard from our sales team, do not worry you have not been forgotten but most likely further up in the queue. The Vinny Fab team appreciate your support, patience and understanding.

If you place an order with Vinny Fab & one or more items are out of stock, we will pick everything that is in stock & put aside, you will be notified of the missing items with as much information that we have at the time and given options so you can choose which best suits you. Sometimes we will send directly from our supplier to cut down on time. Either way once your order is complete, we will send you tracking information.

No Returns will be accepted on made to order Vinny Fab items or special-order items.
(e.g. Products ordered specially for the customer or personalised items). If you have any questions or are unsure what to select for your vehicle, please contact us at sales@vinnyfab.com before placing your order.

Turnaround time depends on the product and can be 2-6 weeks. If you
require items in a specific time frame, please contact us before purchasing to
confirm we can make the time deadline.

We accept various payment methods, including major credit cards, Afterpay, PayPal and bank transfers. For more details or to inquire about other payment options, please contact our sales team.

Currently the Vinny Fab store operates exclusively online. If you are purchasing an urgent order, please contact us before placing your order.

As your order progresses from being placed we will update you with any delays & tracking information as soon as your order is on its way to you! If you have made any mistakes (e.g. wrong address) please send an email to our sales team at sales@vinnyfab.com and please include your invoice number in the subject.

Answer to help your customers feel more comfortable completing their purchase.Unfortunately, once an order has been placed or finalised from a draft on the website, we are unable to adjust or modify it. We recommend taking extra time to ensure you have everything you need before placing order.

Please ensure you enter your email correctly at checkout to receive order updates and tracking information as this is the most common reason for not receiving any communication from us. Our Aim is to notify you ASAP via email, especially if there are any items that are not in stock. If you haven't received any communication, please check your junk/spam folder. If you still have no communication, please send our sales team an email at sales@vinnyfab.com.

Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel your order. If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to pay for shipping both ways.

Returns must be made within 7 days from date of delivery.
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase! If this isn’t the case, simply return any unused products. Please read our RETURNS POLICY for further information.

All orders are shipped from Vinny Fab located in Christchurch, New Zealand or drop shipped directly from suppliers/manufacturers. You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing tracking information.


PLEASE CHECK JUNK / SPAM FOLDERS - SOME EMAIL PROVIDERS ARE KNOWN TO FORWARD AUTOMATED EMAILS TO JUNK/SPAM FOLDERS

Some shipping providers from experience “aren’t the best" at updating scans. It is not uncommon for no scans to be done & orders to arrive. You are welcome to use your tracking number & call the appropriate shipping provider for updates.

It Depends on your order weight/size and location. We use New Zealand Couriers and Post Haste within New Zealand and DHL Express internationally. Please ensure your email address is entered and correct at checkout so you can receive updates on your order including tracking information.

All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days unless stated within the product description (e.g. made to order products). If you select a pre-order product or special request order, please contact us for arrival times before placing your order. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping time depends on package size, weight and destination. Within New Zealand this will either be an overnight service or 2-3 working days if a residential address. Rural deliveries can be an extra 2-3 working days on top of this. For international customers please allow 5-10 working days for delivery but this can vary depending on custom processing times, world events and unforeseen circumstances.

All packages require a signature do not use the “authority to leave” option to avoid your order going missing. If nobody is home, a call to collect cards that will be left in your letterbox or at your front door. It is your responsibility to contact the carrier and coordinate re-delivery.

All items shipped match the condition of our product descriptions. Please inspect your order upon receiving. If there is damage, please take photos and contact us immediately at sales@vinnyfab.com so we can help get this resolved and file for compensation through the courier company.

While we try to keep our website updated, our suppliers may make slight changes to their products, this may include colours, shape or different packaging. This should not affect the performance or intended use of the product. Please contact us if you feel you have received the wrong product, and our sales team can sort the issue out.
