SHIPPING, WARRANTY AND RETURN INFORMATION
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
If not in stock or for custom orders, please contact us sales@vinnyfab.com for turnaround time and shipping times.
We are unable to courier items to P.O box addresses.
If you enter your address at checkout and it does not accept it, please email sales@vinnyfab.com with your address.
Once you have entered your shipping details at checkout when making a purchase the shipping costs will be calculated depending on the location of shipping address, size, and weight of the order.
All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days unless stated within the product description (e.g. made to order products). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing tracking information.
Please allow extra order processing time during sales.
NEW ZEALAND CUSTOMERS:
We use New Zealand Couriers and Post Haste delivery services. Depending on package size and weight this will either be an overnight service or 2-3 working days if a residential address. Rural deliveries can be an extra 2-3 working days on top of this. All packages require a signature. If nobody is home, a call to collect cards that will be left in your letterbox or at your front door.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
For our international customers we use DHL Express. Please allow 5-10 working days for delivery but this can vary depending on custom processing times, world events and unforeseen circumstances.
PLEASE NOTE FOR OUR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS FREIGHT DOES NOT INCLUDE CUSTOMS DUTY OR TAXES ON ARRIVAL IN YOUR COUNTRY.
ORDER CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING
Please ensure you enter your email correctly at checkout to ensure you receive order updates and tracking information. An email will be automatically sent to your email address once your order has been picked up by the courier. Please check your junk/spam folder as the email contains attachments which can cause the email to go to junk/spam.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM
DO NOT SIGN FOR OR ACCEPT YOUR PARCEL IF IT LOOKS TO BE DAMAGED FROM
COURIER/SHIPPING SERVICES – OR USE THE “AUTHORITY TO LEAVE” OPTIONS.
All items shipped match the condition of our product descriptions. Please inspect your order upon receiving. If the item arrives damaged chances, are it was damaged on transit. If this happens contact us immediately sales@vinnyfab.com so we can help get this resolved and file for compensation through the courier company.
WARRANTIES
We know how frustrating it is receiving a faulty product which does happen from time to time.
Please email sales@vinnyfab.com with as much information as you can about the fault so we can get it resolved for you. If you receive a faulty or defective item you are eligible for a repair, replacement, or refund at the discretion of Vinny Fab and we will comply with all obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Manufacturer warranty periods and availability of items for repair or replacement is at the manufacturers discretion and not controlled by Vinny Fab.
All products purchased from us must be installed by a qualified professional (e.g. a mechanic or auto electrician), otherwise any product warrant offered is voided. Vinny Fab reserves the right to ask for proof of work completed via receipts, letters from qualified professionals explaining the fault/defect product. If you are unable to provide this your warranty or fault claim may not be accepted.
VINNY FAB PRODUCTS WARRANTY
Vinny Fab made products include a 5 YEAR WARRANTY against welding relating defects, from the date of purchase. Please contact us if you have any issues with your product.
The warranty does not cover damage you may have caused, and related or due to the following:
- User neglect or improper installation.
Vinny Fab will not be held liable for any damage that could occur from user neglect or improper installation of Vinny Fab products.
VINNY FAB MANIFOLD WARRANTY
Vinny Fab manifolds include a 5 YEAR WARRANTY against welding relating defects, from the date of purchase. Please contact us if you have any issues with your product.
The warranty does not cover damage you may have caused, and related or due to the following:
- Turbo must be braced to engine.
- User neglect, improper installation, damage due to vibratory contact from other parts.
- Damage caused from “heat wrapping” or exhaust cement. If either of these products are used the warranty is voided.
Vinny Fab will not be held liable for any damage that could occur to the related moving parts associated with a turbo system, such as the engine and the turbo, or damage to the vehicle itself at any time.
RETURNS, REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
No Returns will be accepted on made to order Vinny Fab items or special-order items.
(e.g. Products ordered specially for the customer or personalised items).
Items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Returns must be made within 7 days from date of delivery.
Please select the products very carefully and ensure that it is the correct product for you and your vehicle prior to making an order. We are not obligated to provide refunds or exchanges on products where the incorrect selection has been made by the customer. Returns Procedure
If you would like to return or exchange your item(s) please email sales@vinnyfab.com.
All returns are at the discretion of Vinny Fab. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt/order confirmation for proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted a restocking fee of up to 30% of your order value will apply at our
discretion advised at time of return.
The customer will be required to cover return freight costs.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. If payment that was used is PayPal or Afterpay a 5% fee will also be deducted from the refund for the commission fee these companies use. Please remember this can take some time for a bank or credit card company to process and issue the refund. If your return is declined then you will have 30 days to collect, organise or pay for return shipping of the item back to you, otherwise it will be destroyed.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are damaged or defective. If you need to exchange a product for the exact same item, please send us an email at sales@vinnyfab.com.
SHIPPING
All shipping costs are non-refundable. Please use tracked courier services when sending items back to us to ensure safe and documented delivery. Vinny Fab takes no responsibility for any items LOST OR DAMAGED during return. If we receive the item damaged, a refund or exchange will not be issued. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable and if you are exchanging the item(s) a new shipping charge will be applied.
You as the customer are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
