Description

Specifically designed for the latest generation of “BlueTEC” Diesel engines with SCR (Selective Catalyst Reduction) from DAIMLER group (Mercedes) requiring an approved Mercedes-Benz MB 229.52 oil meeting Euro 4, 5 or 6 emissions level.
Suitable also for all Mercedes Diesel engines with Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) and some Gasoline engines requiring an approved MB 229.51 or MB 229.31 lubricant.
For engines requiring a Mercedes-Benz MB 229.5 lubricant, use only MB 229.5 approved product such as MOTUL 8100 X-cess 5W-40 or MOTUL 8100 X-max 0W-40.
